I've worked for 14 years to make the images in the "Ghosts" series. They are images of my children, but they are neither about my children nor about my relationship with them. Instead, I use the images to find and explore the complexities and struggles of a child's mind - mostly my own. And though my camera supports my parenting, the pictures we make are about me, my memories and my ongoing search.
